Our faith is not alone. It is a saving faith, for by this faith, we obtain life, even a life of good works for the glory of God. Glory to the Father!

Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

Learn to deal with the remnant of covetousness, beloved brethren and children, so that you will be prepared for heaven, wherein all the things you covet in this life will be useless. 

May I remind you that the devil is the father of lies? Those who do not find it essential to tell the truth at all times are, no doubt, held captive by the devil.

If we understand what is required in the Eighth Commandment, then we will realise that none of us can claim to have never stolen. 

Cast your burden and guilt on the Lord Jesus Christ. He can heal you of your guilty conscience, and He alone can forgive you. But go and sin no more.

We shall see how the sixth commandment is much more than commonly understood, a prohibition of homicide.

Our Shorter Catechism teaches us that the Fifth Commandment has to do with our relationship with superiors, inferiors and equals.
